today is a nice day, spent the whole day to myself, and did whatever was good... no school!! yay!!! no school!! such joy!!! it's nice to have another saturday. *sighs* relaxation, and just a break from all things bad. i have taken advantage and spent the majority of the day eating in front of the tellie, and suprisingly practiced an ounce of piano... (choice songs of course... haha) spent a little time in front of this hunk of junk, fixed myself some lunch (i'm so proud of myself) and ate whatever was in the fridge and emptied the pantry of its contents. talent show tomorrow night and i'm pretty excited, i'll see michelle there!... accompanied by my *cough cough* MY (mwahahahhaha) present! hooray!! yay!! *smiley smiley happy happy* i have to get mythology for english (during the summer, i was so happy that i didn't have to read it because previous freshmen called it boring... i think i rejoiced a bit too soon...) and isaac storm for world history.. man, mom wouldn't let me read Alive. i asked her to sign the permission form (yeah we had to have one...) and she asked why... and i told her that the book had cannoblism in it. mom asked aloud what it was, and when i told her it's when people eat other people she screamed aloud. so i took it as a no, and decided to read another book for world geography. sounds boring and un-entertaining, *sigh* but it can't be helped...current events quiz on the monday we get back... and that's the only homework i can remember at the moment. end of the six weeks, and when we get back to school on monday, it'll be a brand new six weeks. new start. new grades. new projects. new types of torture. y-essiree... and back to the hectic life of daphne....*a leaf falls off the tree and the wind blows it away, and is left swirling....

It's been a while guys... and the week certainly has been a busy one. THere's been a lot of junk homework this week, and suddenly, Mrs. Griggs decides to suprise attack us with a bunch of homework assignments. I was in the kitchen, my mother washing dishes, and my father emailing a very important person on his laptop. I was sitting, on the chair, drinking orange juice. A very nice, family atmostphere settled in, and we all enjoyed the peace and quiet. Drinking my sweet orange juice, I allowed my eyes to roam about until something sleek and black caught my eye. Catching the movement, I immediately glance down onto the floor to see what it was. Appalled to see it moving, I came upon the realization that this black object was indeed alive, and a scream escaped from within me. It was actually quite funny to see my mother wince horribly at my high pitch and my father suddenly jerk up from his intense email. My family and I went out for dinner, except my sister of course who was out with some friends. My mother always did say that she treated the house like a hotel... all she would do is sleep there and eat there. ^_^ So we went out for a nice dinner. We ordered many delicious dishes which were all consumed in a couple of minutes. At the end of dinner I observed that my father's belly was a little larger than usual.
